Who leads this project?
Motex is led by Pedro, with a Computer Engineering background and practical specialization in applied artificial intelligence. The project exists to bring practical AI to small businesses, freelancers and local companies that want to save time, reduce repetitive work and operate with more efficient systems without depending on a large consultancy.
Who I am
I am Pedro, with a Computer Engineering background and specialized in AI since 2023.
My background starts with my university studies in Computer Engineering and a practical specialization in artificial intelligence that began in 2023. Since then, I have dedicated hundreds of hours to testing models, tools, APIs, agents, automations and courses focused on AI applied to real work, supported especially by training, documentation and technical resources from Anthropic, Google Gemini and OpenAI.
At the beginning of 2026 I turned that experience into Motex: a professional project created to help small businesses understand what AI can do for them and, above all, bring it into concrete processes that save time, money and operational effort.
Why Motex exists
AI is moving very fast, but many companies are barely using a small part of its potential.
In a society where everything changes quickly, many AI tools have entered daily work only superficially: they are used to write a text, summarize something specific or answer a question, but they are not truly integrated into work processes.
Motex was born from that observation: most businesses are not using anything close to what AI can offer. In practice, many companies use only a small part of its potential, often no more than 5%, while manual tasks, repeated emails, duplicated documents, slow quotes, hand-made reports and person-dependent processes remain in place.

Pedro combines the technical foundation built through his university studies in Computer Engineering with continuous specialization in artificial intelligence since 2023, reinforced by training and resources from Anthropic, Google Gemini and OpenAI. His work focuses on translating AI potential into practical solutions: automations, audits, advisory sessions and mentoring that a small business can understand, apply and maintain.
His approach is direct: first understand how the business works, then detect where time is being lost and finally build simple, useful and measurable systems. Technology is not introduced because it is fashionable, but because it solves a real problem.
Current stage
A young project built on practical AI experience.
Motex was born in early 2026 after years of learning, testing and specialization in artificial intelligence tools. The goal is not to sell AI as an abstract promise, but to turn it into concrete solutions for small companies: less manual work, more operational order and better-informed decisions.
Our first real case is already completed: an organizational and technology diagnosis audit for a technical engineering company in Madrid. The work included internal team surveys, AI-assisted workplace climate analysis, technology environment study and creation of an automation plan with a documented roadmap delivered to the client.
If you hire Motex now, you work directly with the person who studies your case, designs the proposal and executes the solution. That closeness makes it possible to move forward with more clarity, less noise and much higher accountability in every delivery.

Motex is an early-stage project, and that is reflected in adjusted prices without large-consultancy margins or unnecessary structural costs. Every proposal is presented with a fixed quote and a detailed scope before work begins.
Continuous specialization in AI since 2023
The technical foundation is combined with practical training, courses and constant testing with AI tools, automation and APIs. The work is not based on theory: every recommendation starts from understanding how the tools work and what their real limits are.

All n8n flows are hosted on European servers (Hetzner VPS, Germany). We sign a data processing agreement with each client and do not transfer sensitive information outside the EU without express consent.
