Ownership

Motex is a digital-first startup based in Spain, specialized in two areas: business process automation through artificial intelligence, and the design, development and maintenance of professional websites for shops and small businesses.

Legal nature and administrative status: Motex is a recently created digital project in its initial incorporation phase. As a digital business in its launch period, formal registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) with the Spanish Tax Agency is currently in progress. This situation is common in digital startups during their launch stage and does not affect the quality, compliance or responsibility of the services provided.

Location: Spain. We operate fully remotely. We do not have a physical office open to the public.

Purpose of the site and activity

This website is intended to present and market the following services:

• Business automation with artificial intelligence and n8n: design and implementation of automated flows, process audits, applied AI consulting and technical training for company and retail teams.
• Professional website design and development: creation of custom websites for local businesses, freelancers and SMEs, including domain management, hosting and ongoing maintenance and update services.

The activity is carried out entirely digitally and remotely, with no physical presence at the client’s premises unless expressly agreed.

The contents of this website - texts, visual design, source code and graphic materials - are the property of Motex unless otherwise indicated. Total or partial reproduction, distribution or public communication without express written authorization is prohibited.
